Sculpt, shape and define your eyebrows with the Eyebrow Defining Pencil. Waterproof formula prevents eyebrows from smudging or fading.
How To Use:
Fill in sparse areas of the brow using light upward strokes at the interior and to fill in the tail apply downward strokes starting at the highpoint of the brow. Pull peel string in a clockwise motion to lengthen or use pencil sharpener if a sharper point is desired.
